Q: Hey Carleth, David from Massachuesets here- I have a demanding job that requires me to get up really early if I want to get any miles before going to work. It's hard to eat so early in the morning, do you know of anything that is quick and not too heavy to eat before run? I appreciate any thoughts you might have on this.

In fact, many long-distance athletes prefer to train fasted, but they make sure to load up on a carb-heavy dinner the night before to fuel those early morning workouts.
